ICON Release 2026.04 now available

ICON release 2026.04 has been published on April 30, 2026 and is available at https://gitlab.dkrz.de/icon/icon-model. A major change for this release is that the model namelist documentation is now available at https://docs.icon-model.org (see the link "Namelist Overview" on the front page).
